Jong Kim - CEO



Jong Kim formed Allied International Cleaning Services in 1988. Prior

to starting Allied, Kim worked with many of Atlanta's largest janitorial companies serving local and national companies. Kim has been in the janitorial business for over twenty eight years and has a reputation for

his attention to detail, customer service, and "hands-on" management.

Don Mitchell - Senior Vice President


Don Mitchell, Senior Vice President, has worked in the service industry
in Atlanta for over twenty five (25) years. As a former owner of Atlanta
Elite Services and former V.P.  of one of Atlanta's most prestigious
security companies. Don has expertise in all areas necessary to
provide a unique and elite level of service to all Allied International
clients. Don works closely with the Allied staff to insure your satisfaction and will assist you in any way possible to help  keep your tenants happy.​

Keith Pence - Vice President of Operations


Keith Pence, V.P. of Operations, has been on the Allied team for over

twelve (12) years. Keith has been a manager in the cleaning industry

for almost thirty (30) years. He has managed cleaning programs at

virtually every type of facility including medical, office, financial and

corporate campuses and headquarters. Keith works closely with Allied managers, supervisors and cleaners to ensure our customers receive

the highest level of cleaning services.


Robyn Shaw - Manager of Marketing & Sales
Robyn Shaw, Manager of Sales and Marketing. Robyn’s commitment
to client satisfaction and providing exceptional service makes her a cornerstone of the Allied team. With twelve years of real estate sales experience, Robyn has worked with many prestigious management companies throughout the Southeast and successfully achieved their
goals and objectives.  She possesses the unique ability to
professionally interact with clients and in-house staff creating a
“win-win” attitude for both.  Robyn’s commitment to the client and
her unwavering work ethic provides a key stimulus for success and customer satisfaction. She is an active member of IREM, BOMA and
CREW and has contributed to the efforts of numerous committees.


John Kim, LEED Green Associate - Business Development 
John comes to Allied International after spending time in the financial and renewable energy sectors in NYC. He understands the value of customer satisfaction by delivering quality services. His approach comes with hands-on management and works with clients to ensure they receive the highest quality of service from Allied. He is constantly learning more about the latest janitorial advancements to deliver superior cleaning and building practices to current and future clients. He is a LEED Green Associate. 


Graham Bishop - Operations Manager
Graham is a graduate of Georgia State University with a major in Managerial Sciences. With over 7 years of experience with Allied, he has become the go-to guy in the industry. With exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge of LEED and janitorial operations, he has developed a proven track record for exceptional quality and success. He specializes in class A Office/medical and high rise towers. 



Michael Fenton - Operations Manager
Michael joined Allied in 2013 as a part of the Project Management team and quickly rose up through the ranks to become an Operations Manager. His background consists of a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri – Columbia, as well as over 5 years of experience managing and selling advertising campaigns in New York. His passion for organizing, managing and completing large projects has made him a valuable asset for launching smooth building operations and delivering consistent service in the janitorial industry. He serves every Allied customer with the highest quality of customer service and brings his own unique perspectives and often interesting solutions to our day-to-day operations.


Millie Naylor - Quality Control & Client Relations
Millie leads the Quality Control program for Allied by engaging in property inspections for all facilities in the  Metro-Atlanta area. She creates comprehensive reports for the operations teams while also making sure the customer is satisfied with all janitorial concerns. She is hands on with clients and through her 15+ years in the commercial property industry, she makes sure every customers is taken care of with Class-A service and appreciation.
